With over 20 years in the consulting, training, and coaching fields, Travis has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of companies with an emphasis on the selection and development of human capital.


His client list has included such organizations as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Methodist Hospitals of Dallas, Yahoo!, The Sports Club L.A., and Lincoln Industries.


Travis is the proud parent of Treyson and Haylie. In his spare time, Travis runs half marathons as an ambassador for the Nebraska chapter of Project Purple, committed to raising awareness and finding a cure for pancreatic cancer.

Kathryn Brockmeier

With over 20 years in survey research, program evaluation, and strategic planning, Kathryn has had the opportunity to help nonprofit and government organizations optimize their performance and determine their vision, mission, and goals.


She has been involved in projects with the U.S. Government Accountability Office, Institute of Museum and Library Services, Nebraska Library Commission, Gallup, University of Missouri-Columbia, public libraries across the state of Nebraska, Mid-Continent Public Library of greater Kansas City, Humanities Nebraska, Nebraska Arts Council, and YWCA of Adams County. 


Kathryn enjoys traveling with her husband Greg and three boys, Simon, Andy, and Benjamin. She sits on the Board of the Nebraska Literary Heritage Association and on committees of the Down Syndrome Association for Families of Nebraska.
